2. Our Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, IndieLoop will:
- Promptly review the notice to ensure compliance with DMCA requirements
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- Notify the content uploader or author of the removal
3. Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed content and its original location on IndieLoop
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and email address
- Consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (if in the U.S.)
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, IndieLoop may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action to prevent it.
4. Repeat Infringers
IndieLoop reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
5. Limitations
IndieLoop is not responsible for:
- Any content posted by users or third parties
- Any damages arising from removal or disabling of content under DMCA
- Third-party links that may contain copyrighted material
